Folding

Amada HFE M2 8025 CNC Brake Press.

Amada FBD CNC Brake Press 2500mm & Amada FBD CNC Brake Press 1250mm.

Precision folding with a wide selection of tooling with capabilities of folding stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and copper up to 6mm thick. Producing bends of various angles and dimensions.

We can fold sheet metal up to 2400mm in length.

Welding

Our highly skilled personnel use the latest Kempii welding equipment for precision MIG & TIG welding.

Maximum penetration for strength with a smooth professional finish.

We offer an environmentally friendly weld cleaning facility, without using corrosive acids or pickling pastes, that ensures a high class cosmetic finish.

Design

Our Radan trained technicians can offer you a full design and manufacturing service.

We utilize state of the art Radan software with 3D modelling.

If you have a design that you would like us to alter then we can accept DXF, DWG and IEG formats.

Powder Coating

We have over 100 various colours in stock, our oven has a 128ft sq capacity.

Powder Coating gives a strong and durable finish to any item.

Our paint shop is used daily enabling us to offer this as an on-site service for a quick turnaround. We can prep, mask and shotblast items before coating to provide a high quality finish.
